Sleigh training (and playing)

Oh my goodness what a surprise today we had sleigh training. All our friends and family came out to see us, so we all had a big picture sat on it

This is to gain our sleigh licenses which are very handy for driving around the pole rather than walking everywhere. 

We are very lucky we have a family sleigh which we are able to use between us and our cousin Stary.

Stary also brought along Gingy to have a look at the sledge and Gingy snuck in her sleigh license photo.

 Buddy enjoyed posing for his sleigh license.

 I enjoyed posing for my sleigh license I thought I would have a sit on the reindeer for mine. I do like the reindeer, I may ask to learn more about the reindeer and help look after them a bit more.

Gingy wanted to pose for a picture too - we did not have the heart to say she was too young, as she was So pleased  - she even sat on her sleeping bag to make herself look a little taller.

We had a really really good day and were very lucky that we all passed our sleigh tests.

We are just waiting on our sleigh licenses arriving now, we are hoping they will arrive before we have to leave to visit our host family, as we would love to take them to show our host children as we are very very proud of what we managed.

We sent cards

We were very excited as yesterday we sent our host children some photo cards of us at our Halloween party. We posted them via elf mail and hoped they would arrive in the childrens  chimney some time today.

Our host Mum sent us this photo, the children were so excited about having received the cards that they put them in pride of place on their mantle piece.

The host Mum also explained that they enjoyed the elf chocolate we put in each card and they were amazed at how the cards had got there and they thought maybe big FC himself may have delivered them.

We are so glad they liked the cards and apparently they are getting very excited at the prospect of us visiting again very very SOON.
